HOW LONG SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER IN ADVANCE?
We kindly request a minimum of 3 business days to prepare your order. However, if you need certain items with shorter preparation times, please give us a call, and we'll do our best to accommodate your order
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES A FOOD TRAY SERVE?
A full tray serves 15 to 20 guests
A half tray serves 6 to 10 guests.
ARE DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS INCLUDED WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Disposable products, serving utensils or chafing dishes are not included when you place an order. However, we will be happy to add paper products to your order for an extra fee. Please request them when placing an order.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
When you book a delivery or pickup order, we kindly ask for a 20% deposit based on the final bill.
For your convenience, the full payment must be settled 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup day. This helps us ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY AND FEES
- To take advantage of our delivery services, we kindly ask for a minimum order of $700.
- Additionally, a delivery fee will be applied to your final bill, which will be determined based on the distance to your location .
- For pickup orders, we do not have a minimum order requirement .
