1. Minimum purchase: We require a minimum of $2,000.00 of food purchase to provide staff. You can order trays or get a custom menu priced per person. 
2. Staffing Fee:  A minimum of 4 hours work that includes transportation time is required to provide staff. An hourly rate staffing fee will be added to your invoice based on timeline and event details
3. Get in touch: Send us an inquiry with all the essential details about your event, such as the date, location, estimated number of guests, and any specific preferences you have in mind for the menu. We'll contact you within 48 business hours.
4. Personalized menu and timeline: Work closely with our dedicated catering representative to craft a customized menu and finalize the timeline that perfectly aligns with your event's needs and theme.
5. Seal the deal: Once the menu and timeline are confirmed, we will prepare a comprehensive contract that outlines all the agreed-upon details for your event.
6. Reserve your spot: To secure our services for your special day, a deposit will be required. This deposit guarantees that we reserve the date exclusively for you and dedicate our team to ensuring a flawless catering experience. If the event is booked within 14 days, full payment is due immediately. 

1. Provide Final Guest Count:  Please provide the final guest count 14 days before the event date. After this deadline, reductions in the guest count cannot be accommodated. 
2. Menu and Event Details: We kindly request that menus, timelines, and any necessary rentals (if applicable) be finalized 14 days before the event date. 
3. Final Payment: The final payment will be due 14 days prior to the event date. 
4. Freshly Procured Products: To ensure the best quality for your event, our products are freshly procured. We need at least 14 days before the event to coordinate and secure the finest ingredients. Therefore, any last-minute changes required by the client may be subject to a fee
5. Payment Method: We accept cash, certified check, and VISA/MC/AMEX* - please note there is a 3.5% convenience fee for credit card transactions.

Although we do not specialize in gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian options, we are fully committed to doing our best to accommodate your needs and meet your expectations.
