Before you go ahead and place your order, we'd appreciate it if you could take a quick look at the information below. It'll help ensure that you have all the details you need to make the best choice for your event.
Our trays, boards, or displays featuring our diverse offerings like charcuterie, cheese and fruits, veggies, and more, are tailored to a cocktail hour-style service. These arrangements are crafted to be a delightful assortment of appetizers, perfect for indulging in a variety of flavors during your event.We suggest enhancing your selection by considering additional food offerings from our menu options, based on the duration of the event.
HOW LONG SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER IN ADVANCE?
- For pickup orders: Kindly give us a minimum of 3 business days to prepare your order.
- For big trays and displays at the event space: To accommodate the necessary arrangements for your food display, kindly schedule our services at least 10 days in advance if assembly is required at the event space
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES A FOOD TRAY SERVE?
- 12" round tray serves 10 to 15 guests
- 16" round tray serves 15 to 25 guests
- 18" round tray serves 25 to 35 guests
- 2 x 2 Ft board serves 50 to 65 guests
- Should you desire larger displays, we're delighted to travel to your event space and craft an enchanting food presentation that leaves a lasting impression
ARE DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS INCLUDED WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Disposable products, serving utensils or chafing dishes are not included when you place an order. However, we will be happy to add paper products to your order for an extra fee. Please request them when placing an order.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
When you book a delivery or pickup order, we kindly ask for a 20% deposit based on the final bill.
For your convenience, the full payment must be settled 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup day. This helps us ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Payment Method: We accept cash, check, and VISA/MC/AMEX* - please note there is a 3.5% convenience fee for credit card transactions.
MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY AND FEES
- To take advantage of our delivery services, we kindly ask for a minimum order of $700.
- Additionally, a delivery fee will be applied to your final bill, which will be determined based on the distance to your location .
- For pickup orders, we do not have a minimum order requirement
