What types of cuisine do you offer for wedding catering?
Our cuisine is a fusion of international inspirations.
Our menu options range from traditional Italian dishes like Penne alla Vodka and Chicken Marsala to elevated presentations of Carving Stations and Seafood Fest. We take pride in incorporating a hint of Latin American and European influence to celebrate our cultural roots.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests for our guests?
We are passionate about exceeding our clients' expectations. While we don't specialize in vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free cuisine, our culinary team does its best to create offerings that cater to various dietary restrictions and special requests.
Do you provide tastings to help us choose the menu for our wedding?
Yes, indeed! Please note that tastings are typically designed and free of charge for 2 guests if the event is booked the same day of the tasting. If you require more time after the tasting, a per person fee to cover the experience will be charged.
To arrange a tasting, we kindly request a menu selection that closely resembles your desired choices for your wedding day. Once you've finalized this with our catering team, we will be more than happy to schedule a tasting based on the availability of both parties.
How do you handle the coordination with other vendors and the venue on the wedding day?
We offer Wedding Event Planning Services that you're welcome to include as part of the services you will be contracting with us. This service encompasses coordinating all vendor needs and maintaining ongoing communication with the venue manager. Additionally, it entails up to 3 visits to the venue to ensure seamless event execution. Most vendor interactions are conducted via email and phone calls. Prior to the event, they will receive a final agenda to synchronize efforts and provide a seamless service for your occasion.
Whether you opt for our Event Planning Services or not (in case you haven't included them in your package), we assign a dedicated Catering Team Leader for your wedding day. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects discussed and confirmed in relation to our catering services. This includes table setup, rentals, and the food service timeline. The event leader will maintain constant communication the day of the event with your wedding day coordinator, timeline coordinator, or the person overseeing the event's execution. As part of our team, if you select us as your catering company, we kindly request that you provide us with all logistical details at least 10 days prior to your event.
What service styles do you offer? (e.g., plated, buffet, family-style)
All of them and more. Food stations, never ending cocktail service, delivery, appetizers, charcuterie, grazing table displays, and our amazing FOOD TRUCK EXPERIENCE. We invite you to check our wedding menu options.
Do you provide tableware, linens, and decorations as part of your catering service?
We do not possess these items ourselves; nevertheless, we will be glad to assist you with the coordination with one of our preferred vendors for the delivery and pickup of all necessary items to and from the event space. You'll have the liberty to select patterns and colors, and we will manage the quantities required, always striving to ensure cost-effectiveness.
The fee for this service is based on a percentage of the final rental cost.
How far in advance should we book your catering services for our wedding?
We highly recommend booking our catering services once you have secured your wedding venue.
Are there different pricing options or packages available for wedding catering?
Yes, they are. Our Food Truck Experience, which deviates from the traditional approach, is our most budget-friendly option. If we consider only traditional styles, the cost order, usually contingent on the menu items you select, proceeds from the most affordable to the more elaborate menu options, while also taking the necessary equipment into account:
- Buffet
- Family Style
- Individually plated (Sit Down Dinner)
- Stations

Can you help with the setup and breakdown of the catering area?
Absolutely. Contact us to explore options.
What is your policy on leftovers or remaining food after the event?
We'll take care of packing up any leftovers for you! However, it's worth mentioning that our experienced team is adept at estimating food quantities, so you might not find a significant amount of leftovers.
Additionally, we do send extra food to the event to ensure our staff is well-fed. This extra provision doesn't come with an additional charge, but typically aligns with the same menu options you've chosen.
If you're interested in taking leftovers with you, please inform us in advance who will be responsible for this task. We'll make arrangements to ensure the food is delivered to their vehicle at the conclusion of the event.
Do you offer bar services, including alcoholic beverages?
We provide bartending services, and partnered with a fantastic vendors who can manage all your bar needs. We do not provide any alcoholic drinks.
You're also more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages and arrange for your own bartenders if you prefer and if the venue allow it. In either scenario, we'll handle the rental of glassware necessary for the bar service. Your convenience is our priority!
Are there any additional fees we should be aware of, such as gratuity or service charges?
Thank you for inquiring. Yes, the following fees will be included in your invoice:
- Catering administration fee or Event planning fee if applies.
- Rental Coordination
- Staffing Fee which is included in the pricing of our sample menus
- NJ Taxes
- 3.5% convenience fee for card transactions
For Food Truck Experience:
- Permits required: We process them and add the fee to your final invoice
If the venue necessitates it:
- Garbage removal fee
- Cleaning fee
- Permits
We're committed to transparently outlining all applicable charges for your convenience.
Please note that We kindly refrain from imposing a gratuity fee, however we highly encourage it. Should you desire to express appreciation to the staff overseeing the event, you are welcome to do so at your discretion
How many staff members will be present on the day of the wedding to assist with catering?
Several factors come into play when determining an exact number. In simple terms, our general guideline is to have 1 staff member for every 10 to 15 guests. Our team encompasses various roles, including food drivers, setup and breakdown staff, chefs, event planners (if applicable), event leaders, and servers.
The precise staffing requirement hinges on the number of guests, the chosen food service style, and the specifics of the contracted services and event. Rest assured, we'll provide you with a comprehensive final agenda before the big day. This agenda will outline the quantity and names of the staff members who'll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What steps do you take to ensure the food is prepared and served safely?
All our management and key team members hold Serve Safe certification, a significant asset when it comes to food handling practices. To further enhance our food safety measures, we have a preference for deploying our Mobile Kitchen at the event location. This approach ensures that we not only maintain food temperatures in accordance with Serve Safe guidelines but also keep both the food and culinary equipment securely enclosed and protected from the surrounding environment.
Additionally, we meticulously ensure that food transportation adheres to strict temperature standards. Equipped with the necessary tools, we guarantee that food travels from our facility to the event site under optimal conditions.
Furthermore, our ongoing commitment to excellence includes continuous training for our staff. Our culinary team is consistently refining their skills, and we take immense pride in the expertise of our management team. Food safety remains at the forefront of our operations.
